Chia Goodness Breakfast

This is one of my favourite quick breakfast options. The best flavour, in my opinion, is the Apple Almond Cinnamon. Really all I do is take a small jam jar, add 3 tbsp of any Chia Goodness flavour, fill the jar to the brim with almond milk (about half a cup), screw on the cap and shake it. Wait 15 mins and voila! Breakfast is served. I throw it in my bag to eat once I get to set or I sit at my dining room table and imagine what it’s like to be an astronaut floating out in space… or whatever.

My only issue is getting the little seeds stuck in my teeth – noticed that after an audition last week. Consider yourself warned 😀
